This Cancellation Policy governs the termination or cancellation of services provided by LeadGenHubs.
Cancellation Requests
Clients may request cancellation by written notice sent to:
info@leadgenhubs.com
Verbal cancellations shall not be considered valid.
Notice Period
Unless otherwise specified in a separate agreement:
Monthly services require a minimum of 14 days written notice prior to the next billing cycle.
Active campaigns already initiated may continue through the current service cycle.
Early Termination
If a client terminates services before completion of contracted work:
Outstanding balances remain payable
Work already completed remains billable
Deposits and setup fees may be retained
Company Termination Rights
LeadGenHubs may suspend or terminate services immediately for:
Fraudulent conduct
Payment default
Abuse toward staff
Illegal or deceptive practices
Excessive chargeback activity
Violations of applicable laws or agreements
Effect of Cancellation
Upon cancellation:
Access to certain deliverables may terminate
Future services cease
Outstanding invoices remain enforceable
Certain retained data may be archived for legal and operational purposes
