These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of LeadGenHubs and all related services provided by SALES INNOVATORS LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY (“LeadGenHubs,” “Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.
Professional Services
Lead Generation Hubs ("LGH"), operated by Sales Innovators LLC, provides business consulting and advisory services designed to help organizations improve revenue operations, go-to market execution, sales strategy, customer acquisition, market intelligence, data analysis, process optimization, and related business initiatives. Services may be performed by LGH employees, consultants, independent contractors, or other qualified professionals within LGH's proprietary network.
Professional services are typically provided under a separately executed Master Services Agreement ("MSA") and one or more Statements of Work ("SOWs"), which define the scope of services, deliverables, timelines, fees, and other engagement-specific terms. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and an executed MSA or SOW, the MSA or SOW will control.
LGH may, at its sole discretion, offer a complimentary evaluation or trial period for certain consulting engagements. The duration and conditions of any evaluation period will be communicated in writing before the engagement begins.
To maximize the effectiveness of LGH's services, clients agree to provide timely access to information, personnel, systems, and other resources reasonably necessary to perform the agreed
services. Delays in providing requested information or approvals may impact project schedules, timelines, and deliverables.
LGH reserves the right to assign, replace, or reassign consultants or project personnel as necessary to deliver services effectively. While LGH will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain continuity throughout an engagement, LGH does not guarantee the continued availability of any specific consultant or advisor.
LGH provides strategic recommendations, advisory services, and professional expertise. Clients retain sole responsibility for all business decisions, implementation of recommendations, operational execution, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Except as expressly agreed in a signed SOW, LGH does not undertake responsibility for telemarketing, cold calling, SMS campaigns, robocalling, or other regulated outreach activities on behalf of clients.
