Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:

Cooperate during onboarding and delivery
Maintain lawful marketing and sales practices
Avoid spam, fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal conduct

Clients remain solely responsible for:
Their business practices
Communications sent under their authority

No Guaranteed Results
LeadGenHubs does not guarantee:
Revenue generation
Closed sales
Specific lead volumes
Appointment outcomes
Conversion rates
Financial performance
Results depend on multiple variables beyond the Company’s control, including market conditions, offer quality, pricing, sales processes, and customer responsiveness.
Fees and Payment
Clients agree to pay all applicable fees specified in:
Service agreements
Invoices
Proposals
Subscription plans
Payments are due according to the agreed billing schedule.
Late or unpaid balances may result in:
Suspension of services
Delayed deliverables
Termination of engagement
Clients are responsible for all applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Intellectual Property
All materials, systems, branding, content, methodologies, processes, templates, and proprietary technologies remain the exclusive property of LeadGenHubs unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Clients may not:
Reproduce
Resell
Reverse engineer
Redistribute
Modify proprietary materials without authorization
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding proprietary business information disclosed during the course of engagement.
Confidential information shall not include information that:
Is publicly available
Was independently obtained
Is required to be disclosed by law
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LeadGenHubs shall not be liable for:
Indirect damages
Consequential damages
Lost profits
Loss of business opportunities
Data loss
Third-party platform interruptions
Marketing performance fluctuations
Total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client within the preceding 90 days.
Indemnification
Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless LeadGenHubs against claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from:
Client misuse of services
Violations of law
Third-party disputes
Unauthorized communications
Breach of these Terms
Termination
Either party may terminate services in accordance with applicable agreements or cancellation terms.
LeadGenHubs reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate services for:
Fraudulent activity
Abuse
Illegal conduct
Chargeback abuse
Non-payment
Reputational risk
Governing Law
